We kicked off our Impact Week Nepal this weekend with a preparation weekend!
Our organisers, senior coaches and international junior coaches met up to take part in some team-building activities, discuss the Impact Week and design thinking methodology, and learn about the Nepalese culture.
The Junior coaches dove right in and explored the core themes driving Impact Week’s mission, learning more about the program’s overarching objectives, as well as immersing themselves in a wondrous cultural exchange during the ice breaker activities.
The session provided a panoramic view of the dedicated junior coaches working together, engaging in comprehensive discussions, setting the stage for the upcoming Impact Week Nepal!
