The Philippines, a Southeast Asian archipelago with 7,640 islands, is known for its wonderful beaches. Yet, the Philippines is no stranger to the challenges posed by climate change such as cyclones, floods, tsunamis alongside other pressing challenges. However, to transform challenges into opportunities, local youth often don’t have access to tools and knowledge for innovative problem-solving.

We set out to ignite the fire of positive change together with our local partner De La Salle College of St. Benilde and HiFi for the second time, after a successful event in 2022. This time, a staggering 15 nationalities from 3 continents worked together to create impact and to develop 21 sustainable business ideas to help the Filippino communities overcome their most pressing challenges! As an APAC exclusive event, this Impact Week created a bridge for the overall region and united people from countries such as Hong Kong, China, and India.
